- The initial design meeting between the Designer and home owner occurs at the project location.
This consultation is designed to discuss the general ideas and concepts pertaining to the project.
- Once the overall concept for the project is established, our firm is responsible for all areas of
project management including; the research and development of all interior architectural
drawings and blue prints, as well as all correspondence between Contractors, Engineers and/ or
Architects, as needed.

- In addition to INTERIOR DETAILS and blue print development, our firm works closely with the
home owner to select all surface materials including all tile, flooring, and countertops. We are also
happy to facilitate all window, door, molding, hardware, fixture, and lighting selections.
- Upon completion of the Design Process, initial interviews with prospective contractors and
sub contractors take place. Our firm will assist the home owner in the hiring of these trades in
order to successfully initiate the building process.

- We will participate in the bidding & negotiation processes with contractors, as this is an integral
part of construction management. It is our priority to ensure interior architectural design
fulfillment and to adhere to general budget goals determined by the client.
- Once the client's construction project has begun, ARJ design acts as the project manager to ensure
timely and cost effective building techniques, and project fulfillment.
